BEST MERCURE I'VE EVER STAYED
Most Mercure I stayed before, recently in China, feels outdated.
There will be the purple vibe (lighting, carpet) combined with kind of dark/dim color, which i think, make it feels old.
But Mercure BSD is spot on with their color combination. The ambience feels bright, fresh, modern.
I hope they maintain it well for the next 5 to 10 years
Location, easy to reach. Best location if you want to walk to AEON Mall BSD, instead of driving, which will take longer.
Got my Platinum benefit :
- room upgraded to Privilege, which feels spacey, compared to Novotel BSD nearby
- early check in at 14.00
- breakfast for 2
- welcome amenities
- welcome drinks
Also, they helped with my request for wife's birthday.
For facilities, Mercure BSD has mini arcade room, which I think is so unique. My wife played some car & bike racing games for free.
For breakfast, the instant noodle and egg station really helps.
The improvements that I would suggest are :
- breakfast, stated internally
Its possible for Midscale hotels to have good flavor breakfast
- communication
For me, its easier and feels closer to communicate through WhatsApp, instead of email, which feels too formal. 1st contact via email is okay, but needs to continue via WhatsApp
And please, follow up the guest earlier. One thing that I like from Novotel BSD is their guest relation contacted me very soon after I booked the stay. Welcoming me as Plat member and asked about our needs to have a memorable stay.

Streaming service, if it uses hotel profile even better, guests dont need to log in their own.

If Mercure BSD has family rooms (4 beds), like the newly renovated Mercure Grogol, I would choose Mercure BSD over Novotel BSD all the time.
Overall, I would recommend others to stay in Mercure BSD. Me myself will also be back.

Had a really nice stay at Mercure Tangerang BSD City. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the service was great, especially from Gebi.
Gebi was very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the check in process smooth and was always ready to help whenever I needed something. Her warm and professional service really made me feel welcomed.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also good with plenty of choices.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mercure Tangerang BSD City. Special thanks to Gebi for making my stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back

One of the best breakfast @ mercure hotel BSD
Delicious food, big room, cozy atlmosphere, near to Aeon mall. Unfortunately no more Indomie, but now they serve many Indoneaian traditional food that i never taste. Bebek bumbu hitam and Daging rendang is the best i have tried.

Friendly, housekeeping very fast delivery items needed. Restaurant's staff are always friendly. Cleaning services are all very attentive and friendly especially Reihan. Rooms are always clean. And will definitely will come back to stay. Front office staff are fast and efficient. F&b staff as well as food are excellent.
