Birthday in the Best Villa Ever
I've booked this villa from April 13-16, 2019 and my first impression was "WOW"
Why?
Because this Villa located in deep in the village and the view was so amazing. You can see the Merapi Volcano in the clear day.
I recommend you to book this villa if you have a plan to go to Yogyakarta. Not just the view, the villa's crew will offering you some activities that you can do during your stay (such as Merapi Lava Tour, Rafting, Borobudur Sunrise, etc)
Why?
Because this Villa located in deep in the village and the view was so amazing. You can see the Merapi Volcano in the clear day.
I recommend you to book this villa if you have a plan to go to Yogyakarta. Not just the view, the villa's crew will offering you some activities that you can do during your stay (such as Merapi Lava Tour, Rafting, Borobudur Sunrise, etc)

Big, beautiful villa with bugs and maintenance problem
I stayed for weekend with my big family.
It was really nice villa with pool and spacious rooms. The hospitality was so warm.
Unfortunately, this villa has serious bugs problem. We found a lot of insects in the morning. Cleaning them everyday is not the solution, the management should have preventive plan for the bugs.
In addition, the maintenance is very poor. It is just so sad that a beautiful villa is not maintained properly.
Bonus: they served breakfast - not fancy one but we liked it

Good place but need more attention
This is my day 2 staying in this Villa and yet I still feel that this place is not that good like reviews told before.
I got this place from Internet and decided to try. First impression is amazing. Spacious villa, 4 rooms, huge living room for big family and the Air con working perfectly.
The minor conditions are broken window and door, dusty Couches and broken furnitures, dirty floor, bathroom curtain is broken, I got teared towel in my room.
The pool is not too big and the water is dirty, I think they don't have any filter for pool because lots of leaves and small animals are in the pool and I'm not quite sure how often they changed the water.
They have fireplace with wood available, you can sit and relax during night.
The place is quite at the remote area, make sure you bring more foods and snacks. But they also provides food with affordable price at the café.
Overall..... This place is worth to try for those who love quite place.

Peaceful neighbourhood & affordable price
This villa is so amazing. It located in a very peaceful neighbourhood & surrounded by paddy fields. It has a lil' bit balinese touch in its design. Kaliurang & Merapi Tour is only about 10 minutes driving.
But you better bring your own food instead ordering to the staff. I ordered some evening snack and i had to wait about 1.5 hours. You need a lil' bit effort to find some proper food outside the villa. The kitchen works fine but the cooking stuff wasn't well-prepared.
