Excellent services ever! Thank you for making my parents birthday occasion memorable. This is my first time booked this hotel and all the staffs are going beyond and above, special thanks to Ms. Devita as a GRM! Thank you for your lovely service, shout out to all teams.
I also booked the massage for my parents, they said they are enjoyed. The rooms decorated also amazing, i didn’t expect the effort! I appreciate the housekeeping staff . Overall it’s an amazing stay

Second visit. It wont be my last
I have stayed here on a previous visit. Its expensive, but if you want comfort and are prepared to pay for it, this is the place. The outstanding features are the bed comfort, cleanliness and included breakfast. I mention bed comfort because I developed a touch of 'Bali Belly' and spent a whole day in bed... being sick sucks but being comfortable while going through the process was worth the money.

english well speaking staff
The room is excellent. The layout to the restaurant is convenient, and the shrimp linguine is delicious. The staff(FIRMIN) at the front desk speak excellent English and provided clear explanations. I recommend booking directly through the website. The fitness treadmills are good, and the food is tasty. Most importantly, it was great to be able to enjoy a calm and quiet environment without any noisy people. The spa was also good.

Great staff
Very nice rooms and environment at the hotel. The pool is not the best nor the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very pleasant stay

Beautiful and relaxing resort in Labuan Bajo
Beautiful and peaceful resort in Labuan Bajo
We spent the final 3 nights of our trip in Indonesia here and loved this resort
Rooms, garden and common spaces are simply gorgeous and the staff shows deep care for their guests
We had dinners at the restaurant, prices are bit higher compared to other similar resorts in Indonesia but anyway cheaper compared to European standards and with good quality
The resort is located on the beach, in Flores there are better locations if you like swimming, but anyway here you can relax and enjoy sunsets
We spent the final 3 nights of our trip in Indonesia here and loved this resort
