Room especially bathroom certainly needs repair and improvement, but for the price I didn’t have much to complain. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Located just 450m from port,the staff is very friendly.There is a great beach restaurant that was good...Our room had views of construction site un Muschee. In the evening, party was heard and in the morning Muhedzin shouted and sounded with prayer. As a hotel guest, however, you are not allowed to have breakfast on the beach. Room clean but loveless,better not to speak of armature condition in bathroom...There are certainly better accommodations here

Would advise against this place unfortunately. Construction happening all day around the bungalow, close to the live band inside the restaurant and the mosque makes the stay very noisy, no Wi-Fi in the room. I asked about the issue of the Wi-Fi and they said “well ask our IT guy,” then never heard anything about it again.
The staff we nice and friendly, but it wasn’t enough to make the stay more comfortable.
Left a day early due to all the issues mentioned and they wouldn’t refund me. There are better options on the island. Do yourself a favour and pick one of those.

No overnight stay but a ruined holiday day and a lot of lost money because of this accommodation.

We had booked with this property, this booking was only cancelled on the day itself at 10am in the morning the reason was an error with them in the system (while we had already paid everything neatly). We have been left to our own devices by both the accommodation and booking to organize some couples on their own. This has cost us extra money and a lot of misery on holiday. If you call them on this, they are no longer at home and you just lose the extra money and the lost vacation time is just your own problem. We do not recommend this accommodation to anyone for this reason, we have been left with a nasty aftertaste of gilli trawangan.

Namens het hele team van Warna Beach Hotel wil ik mijn oprechte excuses aanbieden voor het ongemak en de teleurstelling die u heeft ondervonden. Het spijt ons ten zeerste dat uw reservering op het laatste moment is geannuleerd en dat dit uw vakantiedag heeft beïnvloed.
Een fout in ons systeem is geen excuus voor de impact die dit op uw reis heeft gehad. We begrijpen hoe frustrerend het moet zijn geweest om plotseling zonder accommodatie te zitten en zelf naar een alternatief te moeten zoeken. De situatie had beter en zorgvuldiger afgehandeld moeten worden, zowel door ons als via het boekingsplatform.
Wij nemen uw feedback zeer serieus en zullen dit intern bespreken om soortgelijke situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen. Uw ervaring is absoluut niet waar wij als hotel voor willen staan.
Hopelijk mogen we in de toekomst toch nog een kans krijgen om uw vertrouwen te herstellen en u wél de ervaring te bieden die u verdiende.

First, I would like to mention that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good if what you are looking for is something close to the restaurants and shops but also not far from the turtle point. However, I must mention this as it came as a bit of a shock to us, the property is located right next to a mosque. They broadcast prayers 5 or 6 times a day starting at 5am. I realize that we are in their country and should respect their religious practices. But, we would have booked a different location if we had known this because the broadcast is not as loud in other parts of the island and would not disturb your sleep. The room service was also much less than what we are used to. They only clean every second day (you must hand in your key for this to happen - a detail they only told us after day 3 of staying there), but the staff did provide us with clean towels every day when we asked for it. The breakfast was also very basic, but the amazing service from the staff kind of made up for it. Overall an ok stay.
