The property is located in the heart of kuta town, making access to a wide range of restaurants and shops convenient. Staff are helpful and can help arrange transport if needed.
We stayed in the bungalows (mid priced room), it was clean and spacious with all we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Pool facilities are well maintained and comfortable to spend time lounging by the pool.

disappointing

the room is full of roosters that start crowing from 1 a.m. the walls of the bungalows are not well built, thus allowing entry to the room of any type of insect. we had the room full of lizards. the tv did not work. the lighting in the room was terrible thus making it difficult to see to the point of having to make light with the flashlight of the cell phone. they do not clean the room unless you ask for it please. let alone the mold on the pillows and the bathroom

Broken shower head, broken bathroom tiles, broken sink tap, no shower cream, ran out of bathroom towel, mosquitoes and rooster that crow at 3 or 4am ensures a terrible stay and sleepless night. To cap it all, no running water in the morning to shower and flush toilet.

worst experience in Kuta Beach Lombok

worst experience, booked at superior twin balcony, room 101 was at the corner, near the economy or budget rooms.
I found out that there is bug on the ceiling and its dirt was on the bed, we asked to change to another room, the answer was, there is no room available or can change for the night to double bed room (with the same type) then next night back to the bug room, and if you don't like the room, just refund !!! (here they informed us that they have already know there is a bug problem at room 101, but still they just sell it)
i was disappointed that the staff of the reception didn't give any solution, we were there for the Pocari sweat event, all we think about is to prepare for the running event and nothing else.
After I complained harder, they gave me the luxury room which was bigger and its bed is on the 2nd floor. Still unfunctional things here and there, but at least I can sleep and rest.
Parking area was very dirty, we drove there and the next morning, chiken sh*t all over the car.
Location of the homestay is good, you can find may resto, cafe and convenience stores nearby, but better find another hotel a lit bit to the street near there.
This is the worst experience we had, definitely not going to stay there.

Rooms Budget Nightmare

I have stayed in many guest houses in Asia and easily adapt
These rooms were terrible instead
They were small and that's normal they give budget but they were dirty all the farfetched especially the bathrooms incrusted with soap and dirt everywhere
The ceiling of the laundry room with insect entrance and the walls with cow and dirt
Plus a really horrible smell
A nightmare
