Great stay

Two couples staying for 3 nights. One of us got upgraded to the superior room without charge. Breakfast is great and staff very friendly. Kuta is a nice small city with many bars and restaurants and especially the surrounding beaches are worth a visit!
The only small negative things was
- no WiFi in the superior room and bad connection on the terrasse.
- The rooms smelled a bit sometimes
- Some of the staff didnt have the autority to do others things than making your breakfast and helping with questions which got confusing when asking our passports back after renting scooters for a day.
But overall a very nice stay and we would be happy to come again!

Cold and smelly water

AC room priced at 220k night.
No hot water. Water had no pressure. Water smelled like rotten eggs and it was impossible to take a shower for 4 nights. Staff smokes everywhere. A bit of a long walk to the beach. They only rent motorbikes if you provide your passport. Kuta is known for such scams so I preferred to avoid it. Wifi does not work on the room. Room was not cleaned throughout my stay. AC is powerful but they do not provide a decent blanket so you will either feel very hot or very cold inside the room. Breakfast was simple but decent. Yet, I still strongly recommend not booking this place.

good surfer hangout

I am not a surfer but still liked staying here. good communal area and nice big room with air con. scooter rent cheap from homestay and decent enough breakfast. A lot of surfers stay here trying so hard to be cool that you can just do your own thing and leave them too it posturing over breakfast about their latest barrel ride!

Excellent place to stay, good value

We originally booked 1 night at Kuta Circle and ended up extending for 9 nights! We loved it. The staff really made it. They are so kind and helpful. Mega was awesome at giving advice on the area and helping with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and simple-everything you need, especially for the great price. Breakfast was provided each morning in the communal dining area which was bright and happy. The Kuta area is fabulous and this was a great jumping off point to explore all of the beaches, restaurants, and scenery. Just rent a motorbike from them and go! We've been traveling through Asia all year and this is the top of our list for price and great atmosphere.

Nice :)

Booked here one night and stayed for 3 - we had a double room with fan. The bathroom in the room we had for our first night was smelly so the following morning we asked to change which we were able to do. Rented a motorbike for a good price - we weren't at first wanting to drive one but it kinda has to be done to get to the decent beaches and is a lot of fun! When we booked we messaged to enquire about being collected from the airport and got super quick response from Mega, they collected us from the airport for a good price, the breakfast was good, you could cook in the kitchen for other meals and the staff were SO friendly! In fact, everyone we have met in Lombok so far has been! Make sure if you get a motorbike to wave to as many locals as you can :) enjoy.
