….. as you have found reviews for Equilibria which should lead you to booking your stay here.
Eq is just awesome, these modern Villas are perfect for a relaxed stay in the heart of Seminyak.
These Villas are modern whilst the whole venue still retains a Bali feel about it.
Perfectly located just 50 yards away from the hustle and vibrancy of the Main Street, although the narrow road is challenging to negotiate with many Motor Bikes using it. Despite its proximity to Seminyaks shops and nightlife the actual Villas are very quiet. However it is the staff here that make the place special, everyone of them is dedicated to ensuring guests have the best experience.
Even prior to arrival they send you a GEM ( Guest Experience Menu ) to ensure they can provide all with all options available.
We stayed in a Watefall Villa which we really loved, the lounge area was comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast in the Villa each day, the food is exceptional , however be aware this location doesn’t actually have a restaurant of such, so all food is served in Villa, the menu is varied and even breakfast is served 24 hours a day. There are many good restaurants within walking distance from EQ.
The Bedroom and Bathroom is on the lower floor, and it is here that I did give them feedback. In my view the bedroom could do with some draw units, which could also be used to place open suitcases on as we had to use the floor. Also it would benefit from bedside tables/units but there is limited space to put them with the current layout.
We were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary , and the extra special touches that i could arrange really added to our experience . My wife just loved that Pool Floral decoration, and private dinner served in our Villa Garden.
In fairness I also have to touch on the one aspect of Equilbria that doesn’t make sense, and that is the outside staircase.
Our Waterfall Villa was spread over two floors, linked by an outside staircase which we found bizarre. Now we are all used to using stairs at home, but when you want to get say Cold water from the fridge ( upstairs ) you have to go outside to get it, this is not ideal when it is raining as the steps are slippy. The two floors just feel disconnected as from the bed you have to go through 4 doors to gain access to the lounge area.
That said don’t allow such small points to put you off staying here, it’s a wonderful place with great staff and really well located.

Absolutely Fabulous
What an amazing set up we stayed in beautiful apartment with an infinity pool with a waterfall feature. The food, the service and the amenities I can only give 10 out of 10.
I would like to mention Dwika whom attended to us most mornings & afternoons , he always had a Big smile and a great attitude along with the driver who took us out on our day trip to Ubud
All of the staff were very welcoming and very helpful when anything was required during our stay
Location is in a quiet street a few minutes away from the buzzing lights and bars of the high street . Perfect location and a perfect resort. A+

Couldn't have picked a nicer place to be stuck inside with Bali Belly all week - lol. Our villa was gorgeous and the staff so attentive and thoughtful. Loved having our own pool (very well used) comfy bed, beautiful big bath tub, double sink, air conditioned and then all the little extras. Breakfast served to the room daily is included in the rate and delicious. They also have free canapes and drinks every afternoon and we enjoyed a free cooking class. Have to try their spa too. A luxurious healing treat
