The bathe towels stink. The bedsheets had blood stains and other stains.
No hairdryer was available.
A short one night stay is bearable if you can deal with below par cleanliness conditions.

Good hotel in Tegal

Choosing this hotel to stay in Tegal is the best choice! Located in the city center, on the side of the road, close to the morning market, walk 1km to the main square. Opposite the hotel there are also many goat satay restaurants. From the station only 15 minutes. The staff are friendly, very helpful, the rooms are not very spacious but enough for a family, the important thing is there is space for prayer. Prepare prayer mats and the Koran.
Breakfast is quite complete at a cheap price (if it's additional, yes), then try the room service, the food is really delicious. Very satisfied.

Strategic Hotel in Central Tegal

The location of KHAS Tegal, owned by this BUMN, is indeed strategic. Opposite the hotel there is a young goat satay restaurant. Walk a short distance and arrive at Tegal Citywalk. So there is no difficulty in finding dinner.
The rooms provided are quite good for a 3 star hotel. There are no problems with the toilet.
There are many varieties of food served, but in terms of taste, not all of them are delicious. The most basic thing, an omelette. The omelette served was deemed inadequate.
At the restaurant, there is also a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not wide and not deep, only 0.8 meters. Very shallow, like a children's pool.
