Please consider Stay in

Check in process take longer time, No aminities and towel. Bathroom very stink and worst thing, the ac is broken but we dont get room change . Puff.
Socket also unsafety because its been out from wall.
Bed are broken not being well maintenance.

An unwanted stay in Ternate

As a result of an absurd decision by Wings Air, we were asked to leave the aircraft in Ternate, leaving the checked baggage, during the flight Manado-Ternate - Labuha.
Help with finding a hotel and transportation was not provided by the company. Expected back at the airport at 05.00 the next morning.
Ultimately, the Boulevard Hotel found us willing to accept us as a guest overnight. Simple small room of approx. 9 m2, including the shower and toilet. Traffic noise, noisy hotel, mainly aimed at Indonesian guests. Room had AC and the beds were clean. No restaurant and the promised early breakfast never seen.
Staff was friendly. Proficiency in the English language was minimal.
