位置应该是属于市中心的位置，环境一般般，旁边都是清真寺，外国人不大瘦的了，卫生条件一般般，下面就有商场。

Avoid this Hotel as the management are criminals
When we checked into the hotel, they unfortunately, put in the wrong room (Grand Deluxe Room as opposed to an Executive Grand Deluxe Room). We had just got off a 6hr flight from Jakarta that departed Jakarta at 02:30 in the morning and we didn’t realise we were in the room. The hotel realised the mistake on the third morning, and we were relocated to the correct room. It was agreed with the management that they would refund the difference in the room rates when we checked out. When we were checking out, I pointed out that they needed to refund the money they owed me back to my credit card. At this point I was told that they could not refund the money to my card. I asked why this was not possible? They did not give me an answer. Initially I was told to wait and that the refund would be paid. Two hours later I was still waiting. I was told that the refund could only be paid into an Indonesian account? (I don't understand how this is the case). It was agreed that the refund would be paid into the Indonesian account of a crew member of the boat we were staying on for nine nights. The refund had still not been paid after 10 days. I contacted the hotel for nearly two Weeks by email. They did not respond once. I eventually contacted Agoda whom I had book the hotel through. Initially, they did not respond to Agoda. When they did respond this was there reply
“We have spoken to Ms. Nina at the hotel reception, and she confirmed that the hotel accepted your booking and honoured you in the Executive room as stated on your hotel voucher.
Based on this information, the hotel has denied any refund or compensation, as they believe there is no issue with your booking”
So, in the end the management chose to lie about what happened and refused to refund the money they owe us. I pointed out that the crew member who gave his bank details was a witness to what transpired. But unfortunately, my only option is to make a Police report (in person at the local Police station in Ternate). Avoid this hotel as the management are criminals.
Also, due to the proximity of a number of mosques, and the lack of soundproofing (windows) it is constantly noisy due to the calls to pray from the numerous mosques (01:30 to 08:00) on most days, except Friday when it didn't appear to stop. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel, if they don't try and avoid refunding you when they have made a mistake, you will not get a decent nights sleep.

This was an appalling experience, there was a cockroach in my hot chocolate, then we saw two other roaches running around the dining area. The toilet in our first room smelled of urine and the towel had a nasty damp smell. When we showed the waitress the roach, she didn't charge us for the hot chocolate, the entire meal should have been free TBH. They changed our room but the damage was already done. The hotel should also do renovations as well as improve on their cleanliness.

Sdh bagus sih cuma ada CS nya yg iseng dia makan cemilan diam2 dan kulitnya kemudian dia buang ketempat sampai, se akan2 sy yg makan spy pd wktu cek out dibebankan ke sy yg bayar.. Itu harus di kasih pelajaran utk CSnya.. Bahaya tuh nama baik hotel tak bagus nantinya
