Tehran Asareh Hotel

Good hotel. The room was clean, the heating worked. All bathroom accessories are there. Breakfast buffet. The staff is very polite and responsive. Quick check-in. Convenient location near the metro.

Smoking rooms everywhere

I and my clients had stayed at Asareh hotel in October 2023. first of all I promise the room furniture were not cleaned for long time. We could smell cigarette every where. it was like we are staying at the smoking room of the airport.
Breakfast was good enough but not too much. We wanted to go out of Tehran and again back to this hotel, but we decided to change the hotel then. My client's room was changes 2 times and they were not satisfy of the hotel. Mine was in the same conditions. and the bathroom was very small.

Average hotel

Hotel with pros and cons. Good location south of Tehran near the metro station. The service at the reception is also good, very efficient. Average breakfast, with a sweet and savory buffet (excellent freshly baked bread!). The rooms are large, clean and modern, but they could do with some updating. The air conditioner was quite noisy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall a decent accommodation with good value for money.

A very nice, friendly, central and quiet location

Absolutely OK. Comfortable room and beds. Bathroom architecture is typical Iranian and perfectly usable also for foreigners with a certain open mindset for other cultures. Fine breakfast and perfect personell all over the hotel, Iranian hospitality at its best.
