Would definitely recommend this place. The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was great. If we had the opportunity we would stay here again.

Extremely dedicated and helpful landlord and landlady. The landlady's award winning self-baked brown bread was served. Choice between a lot of variants of cooked breakfast.👍👍👍

Fabulous B&B that we plan to return to. Brilliant hosts and an incredible breakfast each morning. Room was perfect as was the location perfect to our needs.

A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. Throw in the Holy Cross Pub & Restaurant across the street and you have an awesome venue to visit. Thank you for the grand Irish hospitality.

An Excellent B and B.

Phyllis and TJ were very warm and welcoming.We felt very welcome in their home.our room was quiet,spacious and spotless..beds comfortable..lovely view into a well kept garden.Beautiful horse chestnut tree there.The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.Id recommend Phyllis lovely brown bread .Phyllis recommended lovely places to eat and had a good local knowledge.Plenty of parking around the property.I would definitely recommend this B and B.Many thanks.
