Great hotel
Great location
Rooms are clean and pleasant.
Can be a little noisy with traffic etc and no air conditioning in hot weather.
Food is very good
Staff are very professional and friendly.
Will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional
This Hotel is fantastic. Our first time in cork and as soon as we entered the lobby we got a very big welcome .The girl on reception was so helpful and pleasant. I have to give a special mention to Olan on the floor in the lobby he could not do enough for us ,and we watched him intergage with other guests and his was exceptional so friendly and had a word for everyone. I didn't get the names of the other staff but all were amazing. I have to mention Kate on reception who went beyond helping me with a phone booming.Also the lady in the breakfast room was so lovely and chatty .Rooms were lovely and breakfast was excellent. We will be returning .Highly recommended this hotel for location and above all the personal touch of staff ..

Classy, chic hotel with excellent staff in a great area
Classy, chic hotel with a beautiful 20th century European aesthetic. The staff member that dealt with us, Leah was excellent, friendly and personable. The location is excellent, the rooms comfortable. I wouldn't change a thing about the place and would happily stay again, having already stayed there twice

Great stay in the Metropole Hotel in Cork
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Clean room, delicious food and great service. During checking out I forgot to take the bank card with me. One team member of the reception tried to call me but I was too late to answer. Then the team member went to the rail station to hand over the bank card to me. Great service!! Many thanks!!

Romantic and elegant stay on MacCurtain St.
Fantastic and comfortable with delicious food and excellent location! Staff is always warm and authentic. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Great location for shopping and walks around the city!
