Wonderful bed and breakfast

Wonderful guest house in a large house built in 1791.
Extremely charming as well as the garden.
Claire and Chris are hosts to the small care for their guests.
Excellent breakfasts!

Amazing great owners very scenic

Tbh if you're after a romantic getaway, Willowhill House is the spot. This place is tucked away in the countryside, offering some seriously scenic views. The moment you pull up, you know you're in for a peaceful stay.
The hotel is an old Georgian house, but don't let that fool you – it's pretty comfy inside. The rooms have a nice, homey vibe, with bits of old-school charm mixed with the stuff you need for a good night's sleep. The best part? Waking up to those garden views – it's like something out of a movie.
The whole place is quiet, which is just what you want when you're trying to spend quality time with your partner. There's no noise, just the sounds of nature. It's perfect for long walks or just chilling out.
The breakfast here is a treat too. Everything's local, so you know you're getting the real deal. Eating in the dining room or outside in the garden feels special, like you're part of something nice and simple.
Chris and Claire, who run the place, really make you feel looked after. They're not just there to give you a room; they make sure your stay feels personal.

Stunning!!

For anyone wanting to experience exceptional Irish hospitality in an idyllic setting…look no further!!
This is an outstanding Georgian house hidden away in a beautiful tranquil location with stunning hidden gardens…a real retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life…
Chris and Claire were enchanting hosts…we were greeted with a pot of tea and cakes in the garden room which was a most welcome touch after travelling.
The exceptional attention to their guests be it breakfast options or suggested places away from the crowded tourist spots was just so lovely and there was such freedom to discover all this house and grounds had to offer without feeling uncomfortable which truly made our stay a most memorable one.

A truly Beautiful and Tranquil setting for exploring and savouring the Real Ireland.

The best B&B experience in nearly 3 decades of travel.
It is a superb base for exploring the ever popular county Cork and nearby regions. We particularly appreciated the beautiful and tranquil setting, lovely walks around this gorgeous Georgian country House.
Breakfast was sumptuous with healthy options and a highly recommended home recipe oatmeal and fresh fruit .
Both Chris and Claire clearly love running this magnificent B&B and it shows . Fellow guests came mostly from continental Europe and the US. A few were repeat visitors, clear testimony to the popularity of this B&B. A visit to their beautiful walled garden is a must.
Nearby Hotels, pubs and restaurants offer great food.
A friendly Willowhill House B&B comes highly recommended.

Exceptional

Our hosts Chris and Claire were wonderful and gave us a great Irish welcome. They introduced us to the other guests which was a nicety. Although a rural location the property is within easy reach of Kinsale and not too distant from Cobh.
Very comfortable and interesting accommodation with a glorious walled garden around which to stroll. Magnificent breakfasts.
Highly recommended . A truly memorable stay. We certainly hope to return.
