Great spot
Visited Sunday Street for the first time tonight and I'm waiting to go back ..Firstly ,the front of house are incredible...friendly welcome ,menu explanation and drinks within the first ten minutes ...that just tells you they are on track as the front of house are. Ordered three small plates (Squid ,prawns and chicken thighs with polenta fries) ...enough time passed to enjoy a drink and a chat and then the food arrived ...all dishes were very tasty and we enjoyed them thoroughly...if I'm been picky ...the squid and prawn needed that Char on the grill to elevate them to true greatness maybe a fresh herb on the prawns ..that was missing but flavours were very solid ...the chicken thighs were crispy and flavor full..I personally loved the polenta fries .great vibe in the venue ..staff stylish as well as efficient ..overall this spot is fantastic and continued success to them .It's a must visit in my humble opinion ... Thank you all

Nice room pity about the noise from extractor fan.
First the positives
The check in process was great and the staff very warm and friendly
The room was spotlessly clean , bed comfortable and bathroom nicely appointed .
However the fact there were earplugs in the room should have given a clue about the big problem. In our room , room three , you are just by the extractor vent and fans for the kitchens . These go on at 6.30 in the morning until 10.30 at night , every night . The noise is so loud that you can’t open a window, a problem when it’s hot , but even with the window closed it’s very, very intrusive and although I’m a heavy sleeper woke me up each morning . On the Wednesday night we also had some drilling going on inside somewhere near us until 8.30 and the beeping of lorry’s reversing until 11.30 .
To be fair I was given a phone number to call if any problems but as we are out all day helping a poorly relative I didn’t fancy trying to move rooms with no guarantee the noise would be any better . I would imagine this is a problem for any rooms along this corridor or above . It’s such a shame as the windows are double glazed but the noise is still dreadful and I don’t know what could be done to mitigate it. The picture is from our bedroom window showing the size of the unit the window is only a few feet from.
If you can get a room away from the fan I would recommend the place (providing no work is done on rooms in evenings) . Otherwise unless you need to get up at 6.30 in the morning (thankfully the early morning wake up call was helpful for me) I would avoid . A pity because the location, staff , rooms and decor are great . The noise not so.

Sunday street restaurant
Avoid horable experience today went in for dinner with my husband and 16 month old to be told are seats are at the bar i said thats impossible with a baby no highchairs ither (even tho I requested a highchair when i booked the table ) i said to the manager it should be on there website that it is not kid friendly to be told did you not check the website it says 16+ extremely disappointed like what restaurant now a day's in not child friendly

Great location, paper, thin walls
The location is fantastic.
You are across the road from Peggy Moires and around the corner is a small coffee shop that sells coffee, pastries, etc.
It’s not expensive so you get what you pay for. It’s basic, decorated well, comfortable bed. Tiny bathroom it’s also very new and it feels new.
It was hard to sleep because people were walking up the stairs, making quite some noise on the stairs and also the doors squeak pretty badly. The walls are quite in so we could hear the people next door, just having regular conversation it served a purpose for us, but I wouldn’t have stayed more than one night and don’t think I’ll stay again.
