Very clean room & facilities .. friendly, welcoming & helpful staff - only problem was one gave me incorrect information re the trams - would have preferred them to say they didn’t know .. A paper map of Dublin would be helpful for technophobes like me haha! Otherwise all good & thanks for a lovely stay!

The room was very BIG and clean and the staff was great! But we were very glad we were only there one night as you are NOT allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilets because it is an old building. Also there is a heat rush in Ireland right now and the room was very warm at night. We wished they offered a fan or something.

Very helpful staff, you can leave your bags for a few days as you go off exploring Ireland. Only a couple of minutes away from most of the main attractions in central Dublin, also a couple of blocks from major bus stops.

Lovely stay
We stayed here on a room only basis and had an enjoyable stay. We found our third floor our room to be comfortable and well appointed, with daily housekeeping service provided. (There is no lift in this property as it is a listed building.) The reception team were always smiling and helpful.
The hotel has shops and dining options close by and is a short walk to O'Connell Street and is near bus stops to numerous locations.
At the time of our stay, no breakfast was available on site, but we partook in the breakfast buffet which was offered at the nearby hotel St George for 14€, which we enjoyed.

The young man checking us in was more than helpful when asking about the bus to the airport. It was very convenient Actually we inquired about a taxi to the airport and he suggested the bus. The room was clean enough, it was ok for one night. The shower had poor water pressure, so I didn’t wash my hair. The property is very old and is in need of updating
