Amazing apartment what a find.

What a great find. The bedrooms were well laid out, great beds, with modern furniture but still maintaining the original features.
Lovely modern bathroom with plenty of toiletries.
The added touches of jam, butter and cereals and enough milk for the first morning breakfast.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Disappointing

Very disappointed.
At first there was no sound insulation. We hear without problem the conversations of neighbors, songs, music, furniture moved. Late in the evening and in the early morning (5 o'clock). Of course, it's an old building, but still...
Very small kitchen, no oven or hob. A microwave, a kettle. So you can have lunch or reheat a dish, that's all.
The bathroom is also very small, no storage.
The quality of the beds in the 2 bedrooms is really very poor.
One of the rooms had no double glazing. Strongly felt cold, fortunately the heating worked well. On the other hand, external traffic noise present since this room is the one near the crossroads.
Apparently old enough, cracks in the walls.
Welcome on our quick arrival. On departure, even if the reception was open (9:00 a.m.) no one present to collect the keys (to be left on the reception counter).
Quiet area, well connected by a bus just down the street from the apartment. Good point. But for the rest, it is far from the same case...

Little gem of an apartment

Lovely little place. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which has plenty of room for one couple and two friends. Lovely attention to detail, with lots of mini toiletries in the bathroom, milk, jam and butter in the fridge and even cereals, tea and coffee. The beds are super comfy, best night's sleep away from home in ages. A great location just south of the city, in a lovely area with a great park nearby. A short bus ride or a 30min walk into the centre of Dublin.

Convenient location with excellent facilities

The place was very clean Will great parking. Close to shops , transport and walkable to the city. Cereal, tea and jams and a lovely kitchen. The bathroom and rooms were clean and well stocked. There was a washing machine, unfortunately, didn’t realise there was no washing detergent otherwise would have been ideal to wash clothes. Had I realised earlier would have bought some washing powder etc
