Always good. Note breakfast always late

Great stay, great atmosphere. Only negative was the breakfast (offered free when booked direct) is never on time so if you need to leave early its nkt there at 0700

Disgraceful attitude from breakfast waitress

Arthur at reception is great. The hostel is a bit smelly and dark. The service at breakfast was nothing short of disgraceful. The breakfast after a long wait was cold as stone. The two girls serving breakfast were unhelpful & the small pretty one was unbelievable rude ( Spanish or Brazilian) not sure. It was nor busy at all there was only ine other customer.
Arthur returned me my breakfast money he was so embarrassed. But actually I need an apology from that young lady working the breakfast on the Saturday 21 of august 2026.
Also it is ridiculous to order a full Irish breakfast and thee or coffee is not included. I have travels tje world and have never come across this before. A full or luxury breakfast with coffee and tea excluded. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am addressing this conduct directly with the team members on duty that morning, alongside our kitchen team to ensure food temperature standards are strictly enforced. I am glad Arthur handled your refund promptly and professionally, and I will be recognizing his effort.

Hostel Khalid

Its like if DJ Khalid was a hostel. I kept getting hit with beerpong balls, and I felt like my drink would be spiked if I took my eyes off it. Other hostels have quiet hours for a reason. My dad died the day before I arrived and it was nearly impossible to find a moment of quiet there. Im a well seasoned traveler and I have stayed in dozens of hostels. I will be avoiding anything like this from now on.

Just ok

The location is NOT near temple bar and the rooms/bathrooms are not that clean. Lack of hooks and chairs in our room and pillows are terrible. Overall the money looks to be spent in the common areas and corners cut in the rooms and bathrooms. Fine for just a place to sleep but we will choose a different hostel next time

3 day stay

it was really great and especially a very good location! we had a nice room for two people and the personal was very friendly. There was also a way to store our luggage before check in and after check out. Over all a great experience for our first time Dublin!
