The rooms are very hot, with limited ability to open windows (safety windows), and they have no air conditioning/ fans. Beds are to be expected from a student accomodation. Blinds only, no curtains so quite light in the summer months.
Located next to a pub, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I booked a room to spend one night at this place, and upon my arrival, they gave me a different room than the one I booked. The room had no microwave, no hairdryer, and no electric fan, as stated in my booking reservation. When I informed the receptionist — a young, polite woman — and asked why they changed my room and gave me a different one from what I booked, I was surprised by another receptionist in the same office at that time — a woman in her fifties with short blonde hair — who spoke aggressively and rudely, interrupting my conversation with the young receptionist. She said, “Show me where it says your room has a microwave, hairdryer, and fan.”
I asked her to speak without yelling and with manners. I opened my tablet and showed her that all those items were clearly listed in my booking. She started making excuses and asked why I hadn’t requested these items from the receptionist yesterday when I arrived. I told her I arrived late and only had a few hours to sleep, so I didn’t have time to request things that I expected to already be in the room I pay for.
She was an aggressive, rude, and unbearably hostile woman. I left her and walked away because I started feeling she was not normal due to her lack of manners and her way of speaking. I don’t understand how any place could hire such an ill-mannered person as a receptionist. This type of employee should never deal with customers. This experience is enough for me never to consider booking a room in this building again.
