Charmed
Having stayed in other Hampton locations I was very impressed with the Dublin one. What impressed me most was how I was greeted by Aidan and how he made me feel welcome with his up beat personality and his helpful attitude. He is a different asset to the hotel.

I had really good stay i was well loocked after by all staff especially by Pablo from the night time when i needed extra pillows he made sure i got them any he than followed up if i needed anay more help very helpful young man

Very hard beds, filmsy pillows
The bed is HARD and the pillows are flimsy. Hampton by Hilton Dublin is a brand new hotel. The breakfast is great - eggs, bacon, yogurt, beans, mushrooms, pancakes and the staff are amazing but I think the most important job of a hotel is to give you a place to have a good night's rest. I've slept on many hard beds before around the world but this is hands down the worst for me. Maybe you like it, but both myself and my husband who likes harder mattresses found it too uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows are also overly flimsy. We had to ask for 3 and that still wasnt enough. Also not their fault (but maybe it was), one night the fire alarm went off 4 times in the middle of the night with 30 minute gaps so we had a terrible nigh rest. The hotel itself, location, service and food were great but we wont be staying again.

We also sincerely apologise for the disruption caused by the fire alarm during the night. We understand how frustrating and exhausting this must have been, and we regret the impact it had on your stay. While guest safety will always remain our highest priority, we appreciate that repeated alarm activations can be particularly disruptive.
