Hotel in Ideal Location
Arrived in early hours for 2 nights. Night staff excellent. Room small, but adequate, bathroom had soft fluffy towels and dove products in shower and basin. Hairdryer in room, together with tea/coffee. Didn't use restaurant, but very nice and modern.
Ideal location, with plenty of shops nearby and close to O'Connell Street to catch the open top buses.

Rude security
Myself and my friend stayed here for the football all Ireland final. The room was lovely and the staff at reception were nice and friendly. However the security the hotel hired for the night were highly unprofessional and rude. We arrived back to the hotel around 6 o clock after the game. We had a friend with us who was staying in other hotel , she came up to our room to use the bathroom as her hotel was further away and we’re going out again . We were followed up to the room by a female security guard who knocked on the door and immediately started berating us for having too many people in the room. I informed her our friend was only using the bathroom and we were going out again and she was highly rude and treated us as if we were children . I made a complaint to reception and they were nice and understanding. Pity because it a nice hotel and in a perfect location , we wont be returning unless they rethink there security unfortunately

Great hotel
This was our first visit to Dublin going for 1 night to see Riverdance, what a great find this hotel was, I am in a wheelchair and the room allocated was very very good, huge bathroom, safety bars all around. The room itself was good, touch features for the lights etc, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental and would have been nice to offer toast.
Hotel easy to get to with great tram system, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cute for solo travelers!
First things first - this is definitely a hotel for solo travelers, not groups. The rooms are tiny; a couple could get by, but I could see it getting cramped. As I was staying solo, though, I had a wonderful stay here. A welcoming reception area with a nice bar, and quiet walls despite being on a fairly busy street, with key access to elevator at night. Environmentally conscious, with recycling in the lobby and "smart" lighting in the rooms, in which I simply randomly pressed things until they turned off or on, but it is a smart way to handle the Do Not Disturb signal! The bed and shower were both comfortable. About a 10-minute walk from both the train and the buses. (One random aside: I repeatedly saw other guests leave out the emergency exit, forcing reception to walk back and shut off the alarm. I assume this happens a lot to them! I did start heading out that way once but thankfully saw the signage in time to turn around, but this probably needs to be better indicated!)
