I was delighted with the room, it was great to have space to sit and relax and be able to have a kitchen. The staff were all friendly and the location was great.

We loved our stay ..how i wish we stayed more days.. clean, very nice staff.. from canada and i got the wrong charger they lent me one of their charger..very cozy place..

I made my reservation for the wrong date (two months early). When I realized the mistake, I asked to have the reservation moved to the correct date, but the request was denied, and I lost the money I had paid. I made a new reservation, but upon arrival, the unit's air conditioning wasn't working; there was no maintenance staff available, and I was given a room with twin beds and an accessible bathroom (which was terrible). Guests aren't allowed any margin for error—as the hotel shows absolutely no common sense—yet the hotel can turn a single night's stay into a waste of time spent trying (unsuccessfully) to resolve issues, all while providing a room different from the one I had paid for.

Great location near Temple bar area walkable to most things or bus or Uber. Very clean. I only wish I could’ve checked in a little earlier as my flight arrived very early and check-in was not until 3pm. Very clean and comfortable room.

Property aesthetically meets expectations. However I asked for early check in ahead of time, confirmed it, and was not granted it when I arrived. Additionally, I booked the hotel for the AC. The AC broke. No one could fix it and nothing was available to supplement it.
