Quiet and comfortable B/B in Galway in nice neighborhood

Lovely B/B with gracious host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Within walking distance to the beach, attractions, restaurants etc.

Pat was great with advice on what to see and do
30 minute easy walk to the city and Latin Quarter and an easy still down to the beach and local restaurants and pubs
Close to the stadium for hurling and football
Great night out at the Trad and Prom walking distance too

A perfect stay with lovely hosts

Stayed here for a couple of nights on our tour, and it was great. Very clean, homely and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, with lots of lovely choices, and nothing was too much trouble. Our hosts Pat & Catherine were a lovely chatty couple, and made us feel very much at home in their home. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. And Pat, we have watched the film about your dad, he was amazing!

Catherine and Pat were the perfect hosts . Their home was immaculate, the breakfast delicious and the location perfect .
Easy to get to the promenade and into Galway city
Parking was straight forward and they accommodated our individual needs

A memorable stay in Galway-

After one week in traveling the coast of Ireland, we arrived at Cappa Veagh! Oh my, what an extraordinary visit! First, this was by far the cleanest of any of the B&B’s we stayed in—sparkling! The hosts were beyond gracious (Pat & Catherine) and went out of their way to be accommodating. Pat was a wealth of information (food, itinerary, roads to take/avoid, destinations to spend time or give a glance), and Catherine is a fine cook with a flair for staging a breakfast plate. The pictures of their home are exactly what you will find when you arrive. This is a memorable place to stay and highly recommend!
