Best hotel to stay in Kilkenny

The best hotel we stayed in staff went above and beyond the owner was pleasant and courteous. The views were spectacular. Every TV channel available the shower was top notch. Got a bowl of food from the lads down the corridor was delicious. The walk in wardrobe was state of the art. I would highly recommend.5 stars all the way.

Total kip of a place Central place but dirty and outdated

To say we were disappointed omg out dated dirty carpets no tv only 1 plug socket in room .for over 300 euro for 2 nights WITH NO BREAKFAST. The whole place is filthy dirty . Wouldn't stay there again.... it's a run down kip thats over priced ... no kettle or anything in the rooms 2 towels for 2 ppi for 2 days didn't even change them all they want is your money ..and the smell of dirty fags throughout the whole place is ..my advice stay well away from here

Slime and Grime

I don't know where to start. This kip of a place should be closed down. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, we left after one night. We couldn't wait to get home and wash ourselves.
The photos they advertise are false.
Photos of place below. No staff anywhere.
I could go on all day with all that was wrong with the place

Window was broke, the window i could not close. Dirty sheets on the bed, booking.çom tried to reach out for refund couldn't get them. Tried myself attitude was what did you expect, had arrogance to suggest I shouldn't have stayed if I wanted refund, as if I could find something affordable at 11 o'clock on the very day

Great staff and a Gem of a Breakfast Room

The hotel itself was fine and well located. But the real asset of this place is its fabulous staff. Pleasant, smiling, cheerful,…and helpful.
The gem is it’s breakfast room. Bright and cheery, nicely served (not buffet) full breakfasts with wide range of options. I’m generally not a porridge eater, but their “simple” porridge (one of two options) with honey and fresh berries was incredibly good. Also options of eggs Benedict or Florentine, or the full Irish.
