Awesome view and excellent accommodations in Liscannor, County Clare, Ireland

Mrs. White is a delightful hostess & welcomes all her guests heartily. Her home is beautifully decorated & her guest rooms are both very clean & well maintained. Her amazing Irish breakfast tops all!!

Telling you our experience the truth

We were greeted by a lady with all these rules. Don’t this Don’t that. Don’t signs in the room and don’t take a shower and leave a wet towel on the furniture. The shower was smaller than a coffin with this crazy dial. I’m not that big and I got locked in and was afraid to use it on the second night. My cousin picked this place based on the reviews. The place was clean but the furniture was completely worn out. Breakfast was a coffee press left on the table. I took a yogurt wrapped in the refrigerator and host ripped it out of my hands. No meat at all for 2 nights stay. When I asked the host about it she said No No she doesn’t have anything. I told host on the second day I need something for breakfast she did get me some muffins at the store and made toast the next day with two hard boiled eggs. Towels in the room were not washed as host just took them out of the package from the store. She had the pile of packaged towels in the hall. The sheets on my bed smelled like men’s cologne so I slept on a towel on the bed. Clearly the sheets weren’t changed. I didn’t book this place as one lady in my party booked 3 upstairs room costing me $350 for a two night stay. There was other guests there. I didn’t see any meat on their breakfast either. The yard is pretty. One of the other girls in my party said she couldn’t sleep a wink as the bed was uncomfortable and the shampoo and soap was cheap smelling. The second night the host wanted the blanket on the bed I told her no. Hosts husband lowers the heat at night. The comforters on the bed are paper thin and worn out. This is what happened. I don’t like reviews and don’t like writing bad reviews but I don’t want some else to experience what i experienced. The actual dish set in her photos are her China but I didn’t see any of those prepared meals.

As soon as we arrived, Mrs. Mary welcomed us and indicated the boarding school rules to respect (remove your shoes in the room... room full of notes on what is forbidden to do...).
Super loud wooden floor that every room seems connected and you can actually hear everything! No privacy.
“World War I” furnishings.
He didn't even change the towels! (Having stayed two nights)
Breakfast with little choice but still good.
Convenient location for visiting the Cliffs of Moher

Excellent yellow House!

My husband and I had an amazing time at the Atlantic View B&B! Mary was a very gracious and helpful host! Breakfast was yummy! Would recommend 100%. The Open farm next door was a blast and right next to the property. Of course we visited the Cliffs of Moher twice, since it was right down the road! Beautiful views and home.

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed at the Atlantic View B&B for 2 nights and had a wonderful time! The view is gorgeous and the location is perfect; very close to the Cliffs of Moher and an easy drive to Doolin. Mary made us feel at home and the breakfast was delicious! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed with my family of four (2 adults and 2 children (teens)).
