Great food and comfortable stay.

Food as always was great although the hotel have stopped serving Guinness Zero which is unfortunate whilst I’m on a work trip.
Staff were friendly from arrival right through my 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and clean.
Definitely recommended.

Average but has its problems

central location in the town makes it easy to get to most places within letterkenny, the rooms were very tidy and the quality of the food itself is great but on my 2nd morning there was a hair on cooked into my breakfast not one but two, the staff were pleasant but they could only offer me another plate of food and when the price you pay includes breakfast there shouldn't be an issue, the noise at night from the main street is really loud and our first night staying we couldn't sleep with the noise

Lovely Stay :)

This is a great hotel with parking available at a very reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are spotless. Breakfast is really nice with plenty of choice.

Business trip

My company booked me in here for one night and I must admit when I rocked up I didn’t expect much but I was so very wrong.
Check in by Fabio was quick and efficient. I asked for a fan to be sent up to my room and I met his coworker Megan in the hallway, she had overheard and went ahead and put one into the room for me. 10/10 customer service from both! Food was good in the bar, service was a little lacking and i found a lot of the staff liked to huddle together and talk amongst themselves rather than observe the floor. I observed the same the next morning with one dark haired young lady doing alot of eye rolling and pouting at breakfast but once the manager made themselves present that stopped and initiative appeared. I’d be happy to stay here again and I hope my feedback is taken as constructive! Cleanliness and quality of the room was superb! Staff were engaging and helpful when asked for anything (aside from the above mentioned)

Lovely hotel with central location. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful and I would consider staying here again.
