Room is clean . All you can eat breakfast is fresh but main meal you can’t get by self and you need tell them to get it.
Coffee maker was broken in my room so I went to the front reception to tell them the problem same time I asked for a cup of coffee but they said I need pay for it.

Room clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast excellent. Parking 5 minutes walk . Would book again

Really lovely hotel & exceptional staff

I stayed here from the 13th to the 17th of May with my 5 year old.
Initially a room with just a double bed had been booked for us but I requested a change to a double and single bed and this was done with no trouble at all.
As soon as we checked in, my daughter made instant friends with the lovely girl at reception - Roisin.
She was absolutely brilliant with my daughter throughout our whole stay and even knocked on our door with some chocolates and a hotel rubber duck for her ☺️
This kind of service was above and beyond and really appreciated. Roisin really is an exceptional member of staff
Other than that our stay was a really lovely one. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are huge!
The restaurant downstairs had a varied and very nice menu (we had breakfast each morning and a couple of evening meals too) and the frozen strawberry daiquiris were made just right
The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
We would definitely love to return here on our next trip to Limerick! ☘️
