A place to relax.....

It is not your normal B&B. You have loads of space in rooms with a nice garden to hang around. The hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable on the area, history, places to visit and eateries. It is good value for money as well.

Nice but not safe

Don't think this is a genuine legal business with proper security installed. It is a great site, but underdeveloped... missed clear guidance and safety measures. Also the check in was chaotic and difficult to reach

very bad

Stayed here recently with my wife and kids and there was the owners dog freely roaming around ( rodision ridge back) which bite my son and the lady in charge proceeded to say we were in private accommodation and not part of the holiday park even though its on booking. com and also said we were not allowed to have our kids play on the facilities for kids and that we were not attending them properly. Lovely place but be careful and I certainly have never been treated like this in my life.

Badly let down don’t trust them to honor your booking.

Sent me a “cowardly” SMS text telling me to cancel my confirmed booking (proof attached)
Ferry House confirmed our booking 5 days ago and agreed to allow us to keep our road bikes in the room (proof attached)

Great and unusual b&b!

This place is unlike any I have been to for a b&b. As well as the room you have (very basic and budget) you have a communal room with a kitchen, television and wi-fi. This in turn suited our needs perfectly - cheap place to stay, budget room with extra facilities in a spare room. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. Slept well. Also very quiet.
The hosts are lovely. They we happy to spend time with you to recommend restaurants and places to visit. On top of that they make a killer breakfast with more food than you can eat!
B&b nicely situated between wexford and Waterford, so lots to see and do during the day, which is what we were able to do.
Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
