A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Connemeara

I spent 6 nights at Sharamore house and I found it to be a delightful accommodation. The location is wonderful for discovering beautiful Connemara. Sue is a wonderful hostess, extremely welcoming and gave us great information on local sites and things to do . Milla was also very kind and took such good care of us. The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and included impressive choices. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, very clean and spacious. A perfect place to stay. Thank you Sue and Milla!

Very good family stopover.

Very warm welcome from Sue. The bed and breakfast is ideally located, a stone's throw from the Sky Road and 2km from Clifden. The rooms are comfortable (we had 2 for 2 adults and 2 children) and special mention for the breakfast with succulent pancakes or salmon.

Exactly what you want in a B&B

Excellent location 3 km from Clifden, so quiet but easy to pop into town for dinners.
Room was large and well appointed. It had a nice view over the bay. The king bed was very comfortable.
Sue, the proprietor, was pleasant, engaged and helpful. She lent us her guidebook for hikes in the Connemara.
The breakfast was made of local ingredients and was sumptuous. The first breakfast was so good I had to sample the others on the following days.

Lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Sharamore. Sue, the host, was so friendly and helpful. We felt like we had been staying with a friend. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, good shower and fantastic breakfasts! Plenty of parking and situated in a very quiet area just a short drive from Clifden which has a wonderful array of restaurants. Totally recommend.
