Fantastic accommodation

What a lovely welcoming B&B, the hosts, Rose and Tim couldn’t do enough for us. The house is immaculate and has been well maintained.
Our ensuite bedroom was comfortable and had everything you’d except from a 5 star hotel, fluffy towels, slippers and toiletries.
The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and lovely quality.
We would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

Beautiful & cosy - better than a hotel

Ashville House B&B was fabulous! We stayed here for a family and friends get-together in August 2026.
The location was perfect for us. Nicely away from the noise of the town centre, but close enough that it was just a short (5 mins) ride away.
The rooms and shared areas are clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Was perfect to have a lounge area we could all gather in rooms than separate hotel rooms.
The hosts, Rosie & Tim are lovely. They looked after us so well, and the breakfasts were huge and absolutely delicious.
Do seek their advice on trips out as they know all the best places to go, and gave us valuable hints & tips.
Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

Disappointing

Quite disappointing. Not quite as the other comments depicted it in my view. The tea in the living room is nice, yes. The breakfast is very nice, yes. But: the atmosphere is a bit stressy - like you are not really welcome and the quicker you go, the better it is. You are a paying custo.er and you feel it.

Everything You Want in a B&B

Clean well appointed place. Friendly couple. Excellent breakfast. Quiet suburban neighborhood. Tea in sitting room is nice.

Great experience

The host was so accommodating and present.... He gave us great pointer and things and places to do. The rooms are so clean and fresh feeling.
