⚠️ I wish I had read this review before booking: this can happen to anyone.

I lost more than €1,000 due to an unforeseen event that forced me to cancel my trip. I understand that each accommodation has its cancellation policy, but what disappointed me the most was the complete lack of customer service.
I tried to contact them several times and did not receive a single response. Not a call, not a message, not the slightest interest in hearing my situation or trying to help.
We can all get sick or have an emergency. My experience was feeling that, once the money was received, the client no longer matters.
I only share my experience so that other travelers can take it into account before booking.

Property not returned by owner

Stayed here in November and i left my firestick after me and contacted the owner who said he would post it to me ,im still waiting for it ,have contacted him numerous times and he has blanked me ,have txt message from him when i contacted him the first time asking why he hadn't posted it and he said it was in his jeep and he forgot to post so he has admitted he has it ,so anyone who books this place DONT FORGET ANYTHING

Amazing Adam’s Compex.

We traveled to the apartments from Belfast for a family christening. The apartment was very modern, clean and very well kitted out. There is a fully fitted kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer. Another nice touch was the welcome pack of ham, cheese, bread, milk, and bottles of water. We have family in Tullamore and would definitely visit here again.
