Great placed to stay with comfy beds!

We took a 9 day road trip through Iceland and this was the best stay and the most reasonably priced. The place is new and clean; check in communication was great so we could arrive when we wanted and keys were waiting for us. Plenty of parking and really comfortable beds and importantly, great pillows. A lot of other places we stayed had really flat pillows like the beds and bedding were okay, but the pillows were an afterthought. Loa's had great pillows which makes a huge difference to a good night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I’ve now visited Iceland 10 times, and I’ve stayed at a variety of hotels, guesthouses, Airbnb’s, etc., and Loa’s Nest is by far the best combination of room comfort, cleanliness, cooking amenities, staff communication and kindness that I’ve experienced. The single story guesthouse is extremely well designed with obvious soundproofing, as I didn’t hear a single other person while I was in my room despite the place being full. The clean and convenient refrigerator and the full kitchen take the best of a guesthouse experience and combines it with your own room and spacious bathroom. In the morning, they serve waffles that are delicious! I highly recommend it!

Good accommodation. The operators are helpful and friendly. The room was clean, big enough, everything in order.
Definitely recommended.
For breakfast, there are freshly baked waffles.
It is located 5 km from the road and is easy to reach.

Sensational

Simply sensational! Quiet location, beautiful rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds.
Clean kitchen for shared use, compartment in the communal refrigerator, cozy room for eating. The hospitality of the owners and all the staff is extraordinary. Although no breakfast is included, everyone gets coffee, tea, and freshly baked waffles with homemade jam.
We will definitely come back and stay longer then!!!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Loa’s Nest! The owner and staff were SO kind and welcoming!! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had private bathrooms. The guesthouse is right off the main road and in a convenient location. In the morning the friendly staff provided coffee and made everyone waffles with homemade jam. It was amazing and a great way to start our day. We would highly recommend Loa’s Nest.
