We love you, amazing! Won't regret it!

Wow, where to begin?!? So we began booking this trip nearly 2 years ago in preparation for the eclipse with the wonderful travel specialist Olga. She was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and sweet through the whole process and by the time we met, it felt like we were part of the family. Each excursion was action packed and filled with local lure and knowledge, hidden gems and also got to check out the top bucket list locations. We had Alessandro, Udder & Palmy as our adventure guides and they were all wonderful! The base camp itself had such a great vibe, the food was phenomenal, the rooms were cozy and thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and sauna! Our only regret was not being there longer! We will 1000% be back and spreading the word about our new Midgard family! We love and miss you all already!

Superjeep trip to Pórsmörk

From Midgard Basecamp we did the day excursion with the superjeep to the Pórsmörk valley. A great experience with the guide Carlos who knew a lot about the beautiful area. He took us by jeep but also walking to impressive places. We had a fantastic day. Highly recommended.

I was a late arrival in a pouring rainstorm. But the key and instructions were outside in a wwaterproof envelope as I must have missed the part about there being no sheets, bring a sleeping bag. I had one in the car, but was too tired to go back into the storm to get it. Had a swearer, though. Breakfast was very good and staff had good advice about where to go and what to see in the area.

A true gem for the adventurous!

Midgard base camp was the perfect host location for our daily adventures! From the more-than-sufficient breakfast spread, to the happy hour mules, to the amazing dinner choices, to the hot tub and sauna for post-adventure relaxation, this place had it all! What a wonderful place to call home for a few nights
