The cabin was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. It sits on the shore of a small lake with birds and fish. The area is quiet and walkable to the various amenities in Olafsfjordur (a couple of restaurants, harbour and swimming pool). Would book again.

Nice location in the north of Iceland

Nice bungalows at the in northern Iceland. Functional design and clean. Good for 4 people otherwise it is very tiny. The view and outdoor hottub are perfect to relax.

Amazing hot tub with good view of the sky to view aurora. Comfortable room in quiet part of town with shop near by.

Our stay was okay. The cabin itself was relatively clean, but the hot tub was terribly cracked/broken so not able to be used. Also, there were a lot of transient people that walked up to our windows while we were cooking/eating and just relatively going about our stay. Really no privacy which made it a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice cottage but a little small

We had rented a chalet for 4 people. There is a kitchenette (hotplate, microwave, fridge, and a table). A room with 2 single beds downstairs and a double bed on a mezanine accessible by a very uncomfortable ladder. The mattress is placed on the floor and it takes almost "crawling" to access! The bathroom is fine. So the cottage for 4 is quite small, enough for one night but I would not recommend for a longer stay.There is not much in the city, fortunately we had planned our evening meal and breakfast. We could not test the Jacuzzi (located on the outdoor terrace) due to bad weather. The keys are available in a safe with code, convenient, we can arrive at any time we want.
