Kid friendly family home

Glad we stayed at this place, the hosts were very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived at night. Oli even showed us how to work the tv so our son could watch cartoons. Thumbs up from the little one. Room was in what appeared to be a home with a kitchen and shared bathroom. Nov was a quiet month so wherever we stayed, there were not many people, this place included. It was only us and a couple who occupied the home of at least 5 rooms. Kitchen had all the utensils, stove, fridge - everything needed to make our own meals. Coffee station provided free coffee, sugar,yes, thanks! Bedroom was clean and the hosts even included a crib for our little one to sleep. Living room was spacious, cozy and Oli even gave our son the box of toys to play with.
All good things to say about this family friendly place, clean and comfortable. Great hosts, lots of toys and full kitchen. Highly recommend.

cozy space

great place great host. spacious kitchen and cozy accommodations. The place is in facing the ocean so ask for a room with an ocean view. There is a nice kitchen with all the utensils you need to cooking

Enjoyable stay

When we first pulled into this place, it didn't seem right...a small, nondescript house but this was indeed it. Walking in, I was a bit worried because there were many rooms in a small amount of space with what looked like a family with small children living there. It did though turn out more than fine. The room was comfortable and the house surprisingly quiet. We had good access to the kitchen and the living area, both of which were fun and chaotically decorated, adding to the charm. We enjoyed our two nights here. Inga and Olli were friendly hosts. Seeing the decor and meeting this quirky couple then made complete sense. Plus they have their own plane in the back of the house!
I suppose staying here, you have to luck out with who your "neighbors" are and we did. Also, our room overlooking the water was spectacular. Recommended if you're in Olafsvik or staying somewhere in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula.
(Also, I have no idea why it is called Bikers Paradise. There was not a single bicycle or motorcycle to be seen.)

Cosy accommodation with great hosts

Great location and view. Inga and Oli were super helpful with my delayed luggage arriving from the airport without us there. Cosy home which has shared accommodation with allocated bedrooms but shared kitchen/lounge and bathroom space. This isn't an issue at all and the cooking facilities are those of a usual house :) Good location to drive to Kirkjufell mountain, Laki Tours and for Snaefellsjokull National Park.

Cozy place

We stayed one night in this town, basically is the closest spot to watch the Kirkjufell mountain, main spot for movies such Star Wars and Game Of Thrones. Besides this is one of the favorites to watch the northern lights. The place is a house, depending on the quantity of beds, a room is assigned. It has a share services but is not a hostel. It’s a warm house and very cozy. It’s ocean view and of you are lucky will be able to see the aurora boreal from your room.
