Spend time in Reykjavik Hilton after all the tour schedules for proper layover prep before leaving Iceland

The staff here in Reykjavik, Hilton are super accommodating. Manager Saska and front desk staff Antonio are very very responsive and accommodating and have their good command in english language.. Don’t have to worry if you are unable to speak local Icelandic language. The breakfast is ultra generous and worth to spend in every Hilton Hotel.
The homie vibe space of every room in Hilton is internationally standardised designed. With piece of sofa, study/work space , fast internet and fragrant shampoo and soap is worth for your stay.

I chose this hotel because it was very close to an event I was going to attend. The checkin staff was rude and standoffish. The price of the room was hugely expensive but as I mentioned it was a good location. Room was a dissapointment and in dire need of refurbishment. Normally I am happy with Hilton hotels but this one I would not choose again.

Great property. A bit out of the way from downtown so a lot of walking if you don’t want to pay for a ride but very convenient for location to sky lagoon via taxi or ride share and with shore ex pickup through cruise line.

Don’t stay there

The room temperature was 85 degrees and no one on property could adjust the thermostat. Opening the window didn’t help much and added a ton of noise. Needless to say, my husband and I didn’t get much sleep and will never stay there again. When I submitted feedback, they just said, “Sorry.”

Overall, we liked our stay. Of course, everything in Iceland is overpriced, but we managed. Some staff are great; some are not. We did enjoy our disability-friendly room. I enjoyed the expertise that the downstairs bartenders displayed.
