We were two people staying in a double room with a private bathroom. The room was spacious and comfortable.
We never actually met any of the staff. Check-in was self-service, and the key was hanging by the entrance door. However, the other guests were very friendly.
There was a large shared kitchen, which worked very well.
A short walk away, there was a community building with a cafeteria and a small shop.
We are planning to come back again next year.

The water stinks of sulfur.
There’s a common kitchen but if you think there’s breakfast and don’t bring groceries you have nothing.
All the reviews are fake as they show things that don’t exist.
Except for the water it could be a good choice for a group as there’s a common area with a kitchen and I think 8 or 10 bedrooms in each building.
Completely misrepresented online.

We stayed two nights. Everything was very clean and the guesthouse had a huge kitchen, large sunroom for guests and a second lounge room with a TV, which we enjoyed. The internet access was great.
The kitchen was well supplied and they had a large drip coffee machine and free coffee grounds. I need to use a paper towel for a filter. A large refrigerator allowed us to keep breakfast supplies there and our beer cold.
There are about 10 guest rooms and one shared bathroom. There were about 4 guest rooms in use the two nights we were there and access to the shared bathroom was a bit difficult at times. This was a downside. If all of the guestrooms had been full, this would have been a much bigger problems. The guest rooms were also quite small, but very clean.
This is a good location and good value if you have a rental car or are biking the Golden Circle.
