I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with complete facilities including cooking utensils and laundry, which were very convenient. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and a gym, adding to the overall comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

I had the privilege of calling Palm Beach Hotel Dili my home for two incredible years (March 2024 – March 2026), and I cannot recommend this property highly enough for both short visits and extended stays.
The apartment-style rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and modern amenities making long-term living comfortable and convenient.
What truly sets this hotel apart is their remarkable flexibility with dining. The staff consistently adapted meal options to my personal preferences and dietary needs, going above and beyond to ensure every meal felt tailored and welcoming. Breakfast offered great variety, and they were always open to special requests.
Under the leadership of Ms. Lorraine, the team is professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Whether arranging airport transfers, assisting with local transportation, or responding promptly to any request, they made me feel valued and at home throughout my entire stay.
Perfectly situated near Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport and Lusitana Beach, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with an outdoor pool, fitness center, free WiFi, and reliable backup power essential comforts in Dili.
With discounted rates for extended bookings, in-room laundry, kitchen facilities, and a supportive management team, Palm Beach Hotel is uniquely suited for professionals, diplomats, or anyone seeking a "home away from home" in Timor-Leste.

Good rest after a busy day of work.

I have stayed at Palm Beach Hotel many times during my frequent business trips to Dili.
The place is quiet, the apartments are spacious and clean, and the staff are just excellent.

Palm Beach - great place to stay

This is my second time staying at Palm Beach and I am booked again for June. I stay here for three weeks each time to support education work in Timor-Leste. Palm Beach is great. Everything works, the staff are excellent and the rooms are clean and modern.

Feels like home

Love PBH, it's especially great for long-term stays (I'll soon stay here for the 12th time), because the separate bedroom and kitchen facilities make it feel more like a home than a hotel. It's very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and any issues are dealt with promptly. I definitely recommend staying here.
