Good stay!

Lovely hotel. We booked 2 nights. The room was very clean, good breakfast and good services. Staff were very friendly and gave us clear indications of how to arrive at certain touristic points. It has a big pool, parking, in a good location with stores around and literally everything you need. Highly recommend.

dated and unfriendly staff.

felt very hostile, a lot of the guests seemed to have a staring problem. not even a small glance but like id look back at them and they’d just keep staring. guy on front desk and the bartender were friendly but overall, staff did not seem to want to accommodate us not speaking italian. rooms were dated, our air con hardly worked well at all so sleep was very disturbed. food selection for both breakfast and dinner were very mediocre. might be okay for locals but would not recommend for tourists, truly did not feel welcome at all.

Cutters and stalkers at breakfast

Hotel with old furniture, worn carpet and very démodé. The concierge who attended us was serious but polite, and explained how to get to Agrigento, where to park and such. The surprise we had at breakfast. We were three friends and we took 4 buns (no more than 12 cm) and a lady in a blonde pigtail came up to us and told us that we couldn’t do that, that we couldn’t take more than one “Pandino” per person and that she would charge us to the room “three euros per person”. And she and a gentleman of about 50 to no hair were watching all the time. As we left I asked the pigtail woman for her name (neither of them were badged) and stupidly both yelled and insulted me without giving me the name. Shameful! Awful treatment of those two people! I don't recommend it!

Leemos con interés tu punto de vista personal.
Para nosotros es importante conocer la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes y, para ser sinceros, nuestros compañeros de sala nos contaron este insólito episodio pocos minutos después de que ocurriera. Personalmente, no escuché voces altas al entrar en la sala en ese momento.
Reservasteis vuestra habitación triple a una tarifa realmente competitiva que incluía la habitación y el desayuno para tres personas.
Nuestro desayuno bufé incluye pan fresco, croissants, cereales, tarta, galletas, mantequilla, varios tipos de mermelada, crema de avellanas, miel, yogur, quesos, embutidos, huevos duros, fruta de temporada, así como zumos, leche, café, capuchino y similares.
Todo ello está a disposición de quienes lo consumen en la sala de desayunos.
Nuestra compañera le ha informado de que, tal y como se indica en los carteles que le ha mostrado, no se pueden sacar de la sala cuatro bocadillos por persona para llevar al almuerzo.
Estamos a disposición de nuestros huéspedes para prepararles fiambreras, y este servicio adicional se cobra, por supuesto, aparte.
Nos alegra que haya apreciado las indicaciones de nuestro Antonio, que le recibió y que también estaba presente en el hotel esa mañana

The hotel was not expensive so I reckon it was value for money. Staff were great. The location is not good... it's not near any decent bars or restaurants and the hotel bar is non existent really. On the plus side it's an easy drive to the valley of the temple s which is the only reason we went there.
