A great disappointment that made us leave even without a refund
We had booked 3 nights in this accommodation.
Outdated, a small room, a tiny shower, in which you can barely move, clogged with the hair of the predecessors.
Bad bedding and creaking.
And above all, extremely loud. You will hear everything, absolutely EVERYTHING and will not sleep. You will hear the entrances and exits, the doorbell, the work next door in the street and the occupants of the neighboring rooms who make love, as if they were in your bed. Although it is a divided and shared apartment, no insulation work to guarantee privacy has been done.
We slept in the room that overlooks a patio.
After one night, we decided to leave the accommodation, even though we knew it was non-refundable.
I kindly informed the landlady, without wanting to make a scandal or ask for anything. I simply explained to him that we had not been well.
Instead of apologizing, she told me that it had never happened (wrong, in view of other opinions...) and then accuses me of breaking the bed base and the slats of the bed?!
A really sideline attitude to the situation!
I do not understand the positive opinions about the owner because her attitude was quite the opposite about us. We said that we leave, without asking anything, and instead of making a gesture or at least apologizing, she turns the situation around accusing us of breaking her bed?! (Very low-end by the way).
The only positive points:
Close to the center on foot but difficult to find where to park.
A large terrace where you can also spread linen but the opposite is huge.
Anyway! This accommodation is really far too expensive for what it is worth!

A stone's throw from the ramparts
Clean and air-conditioned room. Excellent for 2 people.
Refrigerator in the room.
The owner pays great attention to separate waste collection.
Entrance and check-in with code, therefore freedom on arrival time.
Recommended for short stays.
