Good experience
Wonderful location … good food but we can definitely do better… also because they are truly very skilled… sleeping systems need to be updated… staff, kind and friendly

The property is located on a pristine private beach with white sand and clear water . If you’re coming just for the beach it’s a great property . Other than that the beds are sub par , food is sub par . Overpriced for the room and food experience.

Worse place ever
First time to Sardinia, my husband booked this hotel solely for the beach front and it did not disappoint! The water is amazing, plenty of chairs available.
The negatives are terrible food, below average, same food everyday, tons of bread, sweets and pastries. Small selections of fruits and the espresso machine was horrible. I can make better drinks at home with my espresso machine. The beds are literally hard as rocks! The pillows are hard and so uncomfortable! This place is overpriced for what you get. This place is super dated! I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Dream location but overpriced for the quality level of the rooms
Everything is in the location, on a magnificent idyllic private beach. The rooms are a bit dated and the bedding really needs to be reviewed. It is very clean and the staff is pleasant. But it is completely overpriced for the quality level of the rooms. The restaurant lacks variety but it is good.

I will try to be super concise.
Pros:
Incredible beach and sea.
Reception and indoor bar staff were very friendly and nice (special mention to the Argentine girl and the Sardinian one, who were very sweet). The cleaning ladies were also very good and nice.
Spacious and comfortable shower
Breakfast was fairly good
Cons
The rest of the staff was not friendly at all, especially at the beach bar where they were super rude and annoyed.
The room was tiny, microscopic, and rather old.
The cost was truly exorbitant, especially compared to the service and the rooms.
Sunbeds in the front row were 50 dollars per
day, resulting in them being 80% empty.
At 6:30 PM they close your umbrella, at 7:00 PM you can no longer swim in the pool, they close the pool with ropes and talk badly about the customers who are still inside at that time; it feels like a barracks where you have to get out quickly at a certain time
Food at the restaurants was mediocre and expensive, which is a shame because the restaurant has a breathtaking view and if they actually cooked well, it would be popular with outsiders too.
Notes in truly poor taste:
At noon some friends were eating at the restaurant, I sat down for 5 minutes to have a coffee and left… they charged me a cover fee
I asked for a sunbed for my 3-year-old son, paid if I'm not mistaken 15 dollars a night
To sum up, given the cost, I would not recommend it, with the exception of the beach and the sea which are truly worth it; the rest is all to be reconsidered.

la ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e, soprattutto, per i tanti apprezzamenti rivolti alla nostra splendida spiaggia e al mare, alla colazione e al personale che ha incontrato. Ci fa piacere sapere che alcuni membri del nostro staff abbiano lasciato un ricordo positivo.
Ci permettiamo solo di precisare alcuni aspetti. Quando si esprime un giudizio pubblico su un’attività, è sempre importante basarsi su dati e informazioni verificati. Per quanto riguarda il coperto, la invitiamo a verificare il conto: da un nostro controllo risulta che, per il caffè preso al tavolo dei suoi amici, non le sia stato addebitato alcun costo di coperto. Per il costo della culla confermiamo: €15 al giorno, comprensivi del servizio e del cambio quotidiano della biancheria dedicata per chi non prenota la vacanza direttamente con noi.
Prima fila in spiaggia: il supplemento consente di riservare la propria postazione per l'intero soggiorno. Le postazioni che possono apparire vuote sono spesso già prenotate e pagate da altri ospiti e, proprio per questo, vengono mantenute a loro disposizione. Le restanti postazioni nella nostra spiaggia privata sono liberamente disponibili e senza alcun supplemento.
L'ombrellone in spiaggia viene chiuso intorno alle 18:30, chiedendo sempre preventivamente all'ospite se desidera ancora utilizzarlo, mentre la piscina chiude alle 19:00; il solarium rimane comunque a disposizione e nessuno viene invitato ad allontanarsi.
Comprendiamo naturalmente che il rapporto qualità-prezzo e alcuni aspetti del servizio possano essere valutati diversamente da ogni ospite. Ciò che ci rende orgogliosi è però la nostra posizione straordinaria, la spiaggia privata e il mare cristallino, insieme all'esperienza e all'ospitalità che da più di 50 anni contraddistinguono Hotel dei Pini.
La qualità, per noi, non è soltanto una promessa: siamo certificati ISO 9001 da oltre 20 anni e disponiamo inoltre della certificazione ISO 13009, che attesta la qualità dei servizi balneari.
Le migliaia di ospiti che continuano a sceglierci e le numerose recensioni positive che ci accompagnano nel tempo rappresentano per noi la conferma più autentica del valore dell'esperienza che offriamo.
