Terrifying.
We are in January and on the bed there was only a summer blanket; the “courtesy” blanket provided was felted and dirty, so completely unusable.
Heating via air conditioning works only by inserting a key that activates the current. This key is attached to a padlock along with the other keys, making it impossible to leave it inserted when leaving the room. As a result, the chamber is frosty on re-entry and it is impossible to maintain an adequate temperature. I remember we are in JANUARY.
The situation of the bathroom is unacceptable: it is not inside the room, but is in another room, forcing guests to leave the room and transit the corridor, with the possibility of meeting other guests. To access it you need to use the same set of keys with a padlock, making it extremely uncomfortable to use.
In addition, there is no hot water, a circumstance that has not been communicated to us in the least. In the bathroom there is a water heater with a button bearing the clearly visible inscription “DO NOT TOUCH”, which theoretically should not be turned on. The result is that you have to wash with cold water in JANUARY.
The environment is dirty and disturbing: the bathtub had a black and visibly dirty bottom, an obvious sign of a total lack of hygiene.
It is undoubtedly the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. Experiences such as this show how necessary it is for structures of this type to be regulated and controlled, because not everyone should improvise as a hotelier.

MAGICAL CABINETS.... THINGS DISAPPEAR!!!!!!!!
The same day of departure I notified the owner of the structure of my forgetfulness, the next day I was told that nothing was found in the closet. So don't forget anything because then everything mysteriously disappears. This made me so angry, I was wrong not to check everywhere, which I always do, but at 6.30 in the morning maybe I was still a little asleep, but I don't conceive of dishonesty.
