Sardinian holiday

Antonella was an excellent host. More than helpful with any requirements. Lovely rooms overlooking the pool. Accommodation was spotless and beach was across the road from the property.

Poorly cared for!

It saves only the location.... the vintage furniture .. but it should be cleaned better ... the bar below the house has music until 1.30 every night .. annoying ... and think I was told that until 2 the order prmises it .... I do not know if it is true you do not sleep ... sheets full of holes .. shame ...

Great location!

Ok lgh hotel, especially good location with proximity to the center and beach! About 30 min cozy promenade to the center.
However, everything needs to be renovated, the kitchen was poorly equipped, there were missing knives, large wine glasses, spatula. The stove was terrible, it took 30 minutes to heat water.
Minimal bathroom with mini shower and a toilet that requires 4 flushes sometimes
The balconies were boring with old plastic furniture that had seen better days. Lots of traffic outside on the main street and bars with music.
It was an ok pool but a big 4G mast right next to the area which doesn’t feel so healthy… No opportunity to buy water or so by the pool, it was probably not cleaned so often, was quite milky the few times we took a dip there. But, why lie by a pool when you have such beautiful beaches within minutes…
The beach was ok outside but rather rent a car to Maria Pia or Spiaggia Bombarde a few minutes drive further away. Spiaggia Mugoni is also nice, about 15 minutes by car. Or take the bus.
Good that parking is offered at the hotel area, is difficult otherwise if you have rental car to look for places. Lots of traffic and crowded….
Service was good, they helped us with the questions we had.
But all in all this is a budget hotel so if you don't have high standards but just want a good location near the beach and be able to cook some pasta this is great. 1.5 stars out of 5 I would say.

Light dark

We took the best apartment in the residence a small two-room penthouse with large terrace facing the sea. All very nice if it were not for the dilapidated decor of the terrace, the poor cleaning and some details to be renewed definitely. Tiny shower. Value for money negative.

Holiday Sea and Relax

I found this residence passing last year I booked 13 days this year in 8 people and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise, good and spacious apartment with everything you need maybe a second bathroom would not have been bad but between shower pool and laundry area there is we did very well! Good service 3 change towels and two change of sheets including two cleaning during the stay (failed conditioner and replaced in the day TOP) the use of three swimming pools in addition to the proximity of the sea then they made the difference, the walk to Alghero 10 minutes even that really a plus in short we will return. Thanks to all the very kind and friendly reception staff
