Location, clean and safe
We spend two nights, family business, very clean, safety box in the room (very important for me for our passports and cards)
The have an amazing breakfast (I don’t eat early but everything looks delicious)
The bus stop to go to amalfi is very convenient and is right there in the corner!!

Everything great, cozy, clean, varied and plentiful breakfast. To emphasize the discreet presence of the family. Excellent terrace used for breakfast with sea view. Very kind to solve all our needs. Thank you Linda, Raffaele, Adelaide and Giuseppe.

recommendable B&B
Quiet and clean B&B with very friendly hosts. Great view from the hotel room and breakfast conservatory with a rich buffet.
Good starting point for hikes, but also for shopping in Amalfi (by bus but also on foot (several steps...)).

Perfect accommodation in a wonderful location above Amalfi
Recommend by a friend and all our expectations were exceeded,a lovely bedroom with stunning views,air con,nice comfy bed tea coffee facilities fridge with mini bar,breakfast was perfect,continental with mouth watering cakes fresh fruit salad a personal favourite.Location is great a lovely quiet village above the hustle and bustle of stunning Amalfi about a 20 minute bus ride away tickets available in one of the local shops(buses don’t accept payments must have a ticket) 4 very nice restaurants 2 good bars and a couple of shops in the village which is mostly occupied by friendly locals,plenty of places to walk locally.hosts were friendly and gave us information on transfers places to visit etc,had a great stay In Pogerola and proved to be a perfect location to explore Amalfi and its surrounding area,book with confidence highly recommended thank you L’arabesco

top b&b, recommended, nice, calm, friendly
we stayed 5 nights and ... we are completely convinced.
the b&b l'arabesco is a small (3 rooms) family-owned pension in pogerola close to amalfi. the reader might think that amalfi is the super top place .... but this is not the case (from my point of view). the super top places are outside the well known touristic places, away from crowdy streets, closer to nature and the culture of this regions (citrus farms, small connected houses etc.). this exactly is the case with l'arabesco.
using the bus amalfi-pogerola (usually every 30 min.) it is easy to reach this b&b (plus 200 mtr. foot walk). also to go from napoli airport is easy because the private/local bus company PINTOURS (the communication is not so easy if you are expecting automatically generated e-mails or english speaking drivers) but when solved everything works fine. the stop is the same as that of the public bus.
the b&b is in a well maintained condition, the air condidation is a splitted one (calm), works well, the window view is perfect (for the first 3-4 days). the only critical thing is that you will wake up by dog barking.
also the local burning of everything (it seems that someone is somewhere always burning something), but especially of old lemon trees is annoying here and there, but has nothing to do with the pension and probably belongs to the centuries-old tradition. you will be adapted to this traditions in this region in days and when there, you can not avoid this.
pogerola has 3-4 small shops (we recommend the fruit shop (behind the church) (you can buy also beer there), 4 restaurants (with 90 % us american tourists) and one GREAT cafeteria, in which you can also buy the bus tickets (1,3 € one trip one person).
in general: when traveling to this region: accept to use public transport, avoid vehicles (especially your own) to save nerves and costs. check the sita sud connections (best displayed at the ravello web pages) and the ferries.
breakfast: not so perfect as hyped by other writers here but good enough to have a good start in the day. you have to ask for more coffee / tee (if you want).
internet/wlan: works very good and accepts VPN (after some seconds up to 20 sec.).
YES, we will come back and YES, we can strongly recommend this small, likely, nice and calm pension (if the price is very high).
