Great experience

Structure dated but you are repaid by the location by kindness and courtesy and the great breakfast. We stayed 2 days but plan to return.

Outdated but with a beautiful location.

The location deserves a 10. The hotel is a bit outdated (at least regarding our room and the absence of an elevator, only narrow stairs), but the inviting outdoor pool and I also saw rooms with a terrace overlooking the sea. For the price we paid, it is fine. Very good breakfast but with hot drinks from the machine.

Group weekend

We were a group of 15 people and stayed for a weekend at this hotel with half-board service (breakfast and dinner). The rooms are small but clean and a bit dated. Breakfast had limited choices. Dinner, on the other hand, was forgettable; we had dinner for 2 nights with 3 first courses and 3 second courses to choose from. Both nights had the same menu, the same first courses, the same second courses, and the same sides. The dessert was the apple pie that was on the breakfast buffet. We asked the waitress if she had made a mistake in bringing us the menu since it was the same as the day before, but she replied that it was correct and that they would change it the next day. It took us two hours to eat; after the first course, the meat or fish arrived more than half an hour later without the sides, which arrived after another half hour of waiting. Small and cold portions. No salad buffet, and only upon request a small plate of packaged salad leaves. We asked for a scoop of ice cream instead of dessert, and they replied that we were too early; the ice cream arrives in June! Since they also have a restaurant, the waitresses served the restaurant customers, and when they remembered we were there, they would come by to bring us dinner. In short, an experience to forget.

A small family-sized hotel. The hotel staff are welcoming and kind. No luxury just tranquility.
The view of the marina, the sea and the mountains of Carrara in the distance is breathtaking.
