The facility is very nice and functional in an excellent location right in the center. The manager is super kind and helpful. Recommended

Unpleasant host and warm room

We were able to come earlier and leave our things, which was much appreciated. But we experienced the place as a bit scary, where strange people lived. There were things left from previous guests when we arrived, but since we had to put our bags there before the cleaning was done, the cleaner might have thought they were ours. The cleaner was generally very nice, but only speaks Polish. The owner, Armando, is charismatic but very unprofessional. He sent me messages in the middle of the night asking if my friend and I wanted to ride in his car. When I didn't reply, he sent new messages in the morning and also wrote on WhatsApp. We had trouble getting the door open when we had been out, so Armando came and helped us. It was appreciated, of course, but after that, he didn't leave us in peace. He would show over and over again how to open the door and took our hands to demonstrate, he refused to leave until we had shown that we could open all the doors. Even when we were in our room, he stood outside and nagged us to try to unlock. We said no more help was needed, but he stayed until we listened to him. Very unpleasant person. No place for young girls or families with children directly. The bathrooms weren't fresh either, but there was a working toilet and shower. No AC, just a fan, which might work in colder months but it was too hot in August.

Zero Tolerance

I had an unexpected event at the last minute, I would have arrived an hour late compared to the scheduled check-in time (8:00 PM), but I was no longer given the possibility to check in and I had to stay elsewhere. Obviously without any refund.

I feel we booked the wrong place which is our mistake. This had a shared bathroom which at first was given to me as they had female and male bathrooms. But there were 7 men and just me so we left as it felt unsafe for a female to be there. So I don't recommend.

I am impressed by the level of cleanliness and the staff was helpful, the location was great as well. However, I wish they were more transparent on the listing that the bathroom was shared and not private, other than that is all good. I would recommend it to friends and family
