Clean - Quiet - Bargain
The resort is located on a quiet residential street with abundant flora lining the street and in through the entrance. The outside is immaculate including the pool area. Upon entering the reception area you are greeted by the owner, a wonderful young woman. Although her English is limited, we communicated just fine. She informed us of the house rules - which were just the breakfast and pool hours. Showing us to our rooms, which are a bit spartan, but you could eat off the floors. The bed was very comfortable and gave my wife and me a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was continental and plentiful. The stay (3 nights) uneventful. For the cost $150 per night for a Queen Room with ocean view in high season was a bargain.

“Resort” only if you have never left the house and if you are less than 1.70 tall
I found the accommodation on Booking and I chose it only because from the photos it really looked like a resort and for the same price with other, cheaper, I wanted to try. What is called “resort” is a villa located in a dead-end street, over 2km from the beach, in a residential neighborhood not at all convenient for two days at sea. But the beauty must come, our “queen room with sea view” is an attic room, with high and small windows, in which my partner had to walk with his head bent so as not to slam and the sea could be seen perhaps through binoculars!
We had some fresh things to store in the fridge and I had to throw them all away because the mini-fridge, despite being connected to the electricity, was never working! We pointed it out at reception and pretending not to know, they said “we’ll get it fixed”. I see reviews on tripadvisor, and the exact same thing happened to other guests over 3 months ago!
This morning, we were woken up at 8 (on Sunday morning) by the noise of the family next to our room who thought well of letting the child play in front of our door, screaming. Once we left the room for checkout and breakfast, we saw the staff on the stairs and no one said anything to stop the yelling, intolerable by a property calling itself a resort. Also, there is not even an elevator and we had to make two floors of spiral stairs on foot, a family with a disability what would they do?!
The place is nice, but it is the type of house you can find on airbnb, or defined as bnb! Absolutely misleading the word RESORT and is absolutely not worth the 150 euros per night paid. I write this review as an alert for other people who will find themselves in our condition, deluding themselves of finding what you see on the web.

No wonder they demand advance payment!
We booked and paid for three nights but left after one night without even sampling the breakfast. The only way that this could be described as a resort is in the context of it being the absolute last resort.
The good stuff:
1.The property is in a pleasant residential area
2. It was clean
3. The AC worked well
4. A gentleman helped get our luggage to the room as there are several steps up into the property followed by a spiral staircase
5. The garden was well maintained and the small pool looked inviting but lacked facilities and atmosphere.
However:
1. The parking is in the street - but we knew this in advance.
2. The older couple who seem to be the managers / owners speak no English or French at all and this proved to be challenging. There was a younger girl (teenager?) who gave us a cursory introduction to the room's facilities but we could not wait for her to leave because she had body odour that would have stopped a police dog from 100 metres. After she left, my wife had to spray the room with perfume!
3. Restaurants are far from local and trying to find one's way home in the dark was perturbing.
4 The shower was typical of a cheap B & B and hot water was a long time coming even if running the wash basin tap also.
5. The website is misleading especially the photos. For example, the recaption area is not manned all the time.
6. No tea and coffee amenities were offered in this sterile ambience
This is a long way from being anything like the expectations raised by the media.
Beware the reviews. We survived a single night but would urge an abundance of caution. Remember, they had three nights money from us!

Bad structure, terrible breakfast only rusks among other things also some expired... bad coffee .. we had to leave a day earlier for an emergency, and were charged almost the entire amount of the room, obviously not used.
Not from B&B.... fridge in the room basically fake... did not cool at all. TV remote control nn working. In short, to avoid.

It's not worth what he's asking for
Location poorly signposted, rough management, rooms without mini bar and with sockets not all working. Broken TV remote control and insufficient assistance. Check out not flexible. Experience not to be repeated. The high cost is not proportionate to the offer. Far from the sea and from bars and restaurants as well as the city centre. Necessarily by car
