Great structure and welcome
The property is located in the central part of Arezzo, practically within walking distance of the major attractions to visit. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be served in the partner bar located in the picturesque Piazza Grande a few steps from the property. Great welcome from the host Maurizio, who also offers a transport service to / from the station or parking, also is a perfect guide, provides a lot of historical information about the city and the necessary directions to visit it. I highly recommend

Beautiful historic residence in the center of Arezzo; both the owner Patrizia and the manager Maurizio are friendly and helpful.
The house is really big, clean and cozy.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner decidedly superior. Delightful central apartment in the heart of Arezzo. Excellent experience, to keep in mind when I return to visit the city.

Really nice place to stay
We stayed for two nights in October. Very well located just off the Corso Italiano, within a few minutes walk of the Piazza Grande and also San Francesco. Upper floors of a 17th century building, bedroom was spacious and very clean (and included an electric kettle). We had our own bathroom but it was through the sitting/dining room and took a bit of getting use to. Breakfast was a cold buffet and was very nice - on a huge table which is shared with other guests. A nice touch is that the rooms and the allocated breakfast space are named on local personalities e.g. . Owners are very helpful and offered to tell us the best places to visit.
We travelled by car; there is free parking at the top of the town (Pietri) and the owners guided us to this.

We wanted something nearer the center of the historic area, and this one was. We travel by train when in Italy, and since it was some distance from the station, walking was not an option - it required a taxi ride to get us there. The rooms are 3 floors up, so be prepared to climb with your luggage. There is a very spacious dining room/ sitting room as you enter. Our accommodation included 2 bedrooms - one with a set of bunk beds. I was pleased to see instant beverage service in the room, although we were out for most of our stay and did not make use of it. A ceiling fan on the overhead light would have been ideal, but gratefully, we visited in the spring, and opening the windows helped to cool the room. There was a wall mounted TV that was placed in an awkward location, maybe an inconvenience for someone taller. The bathroom was a step up, so take care during the night. Bed was firm and comfortable. The morning breakfast fare was the BEST I have ever seen provided in Italy. It was impossible to get even a sampling of everything, there was so much to offer. Our hostess also offered fresh cups of cappuccino every morning - I wish I had the time to linger over 2 or 3 cups. Only complaint - no WiFi in the bedrooms - however, we encountered this problem in every place we stayed. The comfortable seating in the main common area made up for this.
