Went for a family Wedding. We are from Canada. Booked this place because it was in the middle of all places we were supposed to go during the 5 day events. It showed well while looking for it. Beautiful setting. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to all the venues between Sora and Arpino.
Loved it highly recommend.
Beautiful Restaurant with outdoor setting.
Great breakfast.
Very friendly people in the neighbourhood.
Nice bar cross the street, great Cafe across the bridge. And a fantastic Pizza place in the plaza on the other side of the bridge.

Mediocre

Pleasant Rooms, Good Welcoming but with major flaws. The TV in the room did not work, just broken, the shower comes apart in pieces, the shower tray with obvious cracks, no rest inside the shower... but the worst the toilet really dirty, a bad cleaning! I do not have it with the staff who were friendly and helpful, but I recommend reviewing the situation with those who do the cleaning! On the other hand, a good breakfast and a good coffee!

Nice hotel, but a bit noisy...

We stayed at this hotel x one night...Very clean, very spacious room and bathroom... Only thing, having the window on the street and a bar in front, quite noisy...

A great disappointment

We were very disappointed. As soon as we arrived we had to look for someone because there was no one at the reception - really bad reception. Before booking we read that they accept animals. On arrival we were told we had to pay an extra €15 for our 6 kilo dachshund - a surprise information that was not written anywhere. We didn't understand what this tax was for. Never happened to me anywhere having to pay extra for such a small dog.
Our room was another disappointment - a window facing the wall - the room was pretty much dark, plus we found the radiators on in the bathroom - there were at least 35 degrees in there. Small fridge in the room was off. There is so much to improve on.
In the structure there is a nice garden. Breakfast was good.

Property is in need of refurbishment and maintenance. General appearance is past its glory days.
Room was large and lacked seating area.
Room was cold.
TV was too low when watching it from only the location, the bed.
Shower head was about to break, and sink faucet needed new washer. Toilet ran all night.
