Magical Tuscany
The hotel is located in an excellent position to visit the Crete Senesi area. Great value for money, good and abundant breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended

not four stars worthy !
I've never experienced anything like this, a four-star hotel where you can't drink anything in the bar due to a lack of staff. Furthermore, some facilities are not working, also a.o. due to a lack of staff.

Clean room, small, 90s style. Centralized air conditioning is not comfortable. Decent pool, but without supervision, nice outdoor area, tables and chairs dirty with leftover glasses and the passage of other guests. One bartender struggling to serve.
Terrible breakfast: not all tables are the same, damaged and dirty, different chairs. Outlets and Wi-Fi in plain sight that a child could touch. Poorly organized buffet and often empty, waitstaff struggle to keep tables clean and ready, especially with groups of at least 40 people passing through. 10-minute wait for an espresso, mismatched and dirty cups. People smoking in the breakfast area for smokers, without a closed door. Doors wide open, leading to other areas.
Motorcycles parked on the pedestrian walkway, luggage cannot be unloaded at the reception.

Small rooms with a large bed. They did not want to give us rooms with separate beds.

No breakfast
I have been many times for business reasons at this property without problems.
This time it was a big disappointment, the management of breakfast absolutely needs to be reviewed, they can not make a group of at least a hundred Chinese tourists breakfast together with the rest of the customers.
H 7.30 there was nothing left to eat, with them for their culture touch everything with their hands... Absurd!

In merito alla gestione della colazione ed alla presenza di gruppi, desideriamo precisare che questa tipologia di clientela rappresenta una parte integrante e consolidata della nostra attività da oltre dieci anni. Nel corso di questo lungo periodo, i nostri standard organizzativi ed i protocolli di rifornimento sono rimasti costanti, proprio per garantire l'efficienza del servizio a tutti i nostri ospiti, indipendentemente dal volume di afflusso.
Siamo spiacenti che in questa specifica occasione l'organizzazione non sia stata di suo gradimento, ma le assicuriamo il nostro massimo impegno nel monitorare costantemente affinché tutte le opzioni previste dal buffet siano disponibili e fresche fino alla chiusura del servizio.
Siamo lieti che, nel corso dei suoi numerosi soggiorni lavorativi passati, la nostra struttura abbia comunque sempre soddisfatto le sue esigenze e faremo in modo che la qualità che ci contraddistingue continui a essere il punto di riferimento per le sue future visite.
